Cool Space Saving Ideas for Cute-sized Condo Units
Condos for sale in Manila are getting smaller. This was pointed out by a news article way back in the second quarter of 2015. Metro Manila’s land is not actually shrinking. This is because of the factors that make it “shrink” such as its current population which is over 12 million as of 2014 and still increasing. The widening of roads and building of bridges has made the city accommodate vehicles and malls, condos, and other structures are sprouting left and right.
These factors are sign of progress but it also makes Metro Manila “shrink.” Condominiums are getting smaller but they also tower taller as well. It seems there is no other way but up.

Shelf + Table + Chairs
You can have all of these in one set. This is a novel design by Orla Reynolds Studio called “As if from nowhere…” Yup, as if from nowhere, a complete dining set is conjured from a bookcase. Watch it to believe it:Sofa + Bunk Bed
At daytime, you may sit on it while you watch your favorite series. At nighttime, it transforms into a bunk bed. We are familiar with single bed designs but this one leveled up. Order it from bonbon.co.uk website.Chair + Bookcase
You don’t have to reach the upper row of a shelf to get a book anymore; you can just take it out from under this comfy chair! The Hollow Chair is an awesome design by Straight Line Designs, Inc. Must. Have. This.Sofa + Dining Table
This is a cool design by Julia Kononenko called the Convertible Sofa. Instead of a bed, you can transform it into a mini dining set. Think Japanese.Four Chairs
Having impromptu guests over? This is the piece of furniture for you. Transform this supposedly single chair into four. Get it from puurdesign.nu.The one word you should keep in mind to make the most out of your condo unit? Maximize. Use every wall and corner of your unit to the fullest.
